4. Like us on Facebook, and receive a second raffle ticket
5. Raffle tickets are for final drawing on Ash Wednesday 2012;

1. Send us your favorite carnival pix via e-mail or deliver to our office on Caya Betico Croes

2. “Picks of the day and week” will appear in THE MORNING NEWS

3. Contest begins today and deadline for submissions of photos is Monday, February 20, 2012 at 6:00 PM; drawing for raffle will take place on Ash Wednesday, February 22.

4. Judging is final; winners will be announced in Friday’s paper, February 24.

5. Each photo submission earns a raffle ticket towards the Ash Wednesday drawing
